Wholesale availability
Yes, we are available for wholesale. Don`t forget to add your contact information.
Sizing details
All the items sizes are mentioned in every listing. Please see available size options in the items' descriptions, if you have some questions, please contact us.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you want to have something special - gift wrap or a small note - just let us know it.
Order Preparation
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order as soon as possible!
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
Shipping & Delivery time & Delays
It takes at least 10-16 business days for a package to arrive to Europe, USA, Canada. Australia, New Zealand and other countries - 14-21 business days.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
Please double check your spelling on order details as we are not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors.
Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
How I can't track my package?
Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
Custom and personalized orders
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.
Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged or returns.
